You are requested to go through the minutes of the previous executive committee held on 23rd Sept 2008 at Albatross Holidays office, Cochin.

Resolution of the Executive committee taken on 23Rd Thursday 2008

1.) Categorization of Zones.
2.) Eligibility to be a K.T.F member.
3.) Why should a Firm/Company join with K.T.F?
4.) Formation of subcommittees.

[I.] Resolution of the Executive Committee regarding the "Categorization of Zones."
Resolution: Zonal committees to be formed and it has to be divided as three Zones. i.e., North Zone, Central Zone & South Zone.

Participants of Zones:

a.)North Zone: All the members from PALAGHAT, MALAPURAM, CALICUT, WAYANADU, KANNUR & KASARGODU districts.
b.)Cental Zone: All the members from ALLEPPEY, KOTTAYAM, IDUKKY, ERNAKULAM & TRICHURE districts.
c.)South Zone: All the members from TRIVANDRUM, KOLLAM & PATHANAM THITTA districts.

Membership mobilization committee for zonal basis are append below.

a.)North Zone: Mr: NARAYAN (Penta Green) , Mr: JOSE (HOLIDAY KERALA)

b.)Cental Zone: All Executive Committee Members.

c.)South Zone: Mr: BIJU Paulose (Albatrose Holidays) & Pratheesh Martin Jacob (SPICE HOLIDAYS).


[II.] Resolution of the Executive Committee regarding the "Eligibility to be a K.T.F member.'"

a.) It must be a KERALA based Tour Company.
b.) Membership will be provided only for the Company.
c.) Application for the K.T.F membership to be duly signed by the proprietor or Managing director.
d.) The applicant must have an office in Kerala, along with Landline Number & Website.
e.) Membership Fee will be Rs: 5000 and a Cheque / D.D to be submitted along with filled Registration Form.
f.) Authorization of the Membership is subject to approval from the Executive committee.

[III.] Resolution of the Executive Committee regarding the F.A.Q – "Why should a Firm/Company join with K.T.F?"

a.) It is an association of Kerala 'based' tour operators; having mentality of helping each other to grow together.
b.) K.T.F will support each member to solve any problem, related to this industry including payment from Guest/Agent/ Properties.
c.) Help to acquire very good Rate/Commission from Property Owners/Service providers through collective bargaining.
d.) K.T.F will provide a platform for the business development.
e.) Proper training and information about Govt. policies and related subjects.
f.) Collectively achieving the rights and privileges for the K.T.F members.

[iv.] Resolution of the Executive Committee regarding the "Formation of subcommittees".

a.) Business Development Committee. (Related to discuss and achieve best beneficial parts for the K.T.F members from Service providers and Hoteliers.) b.) Reception Committee. (Related to welcome the delegates those whom are coming to attend K.T.F functions).
c.) Publicity Committee. (Related to co-ordinate with Media, Press & Advertisement.)
d.) Event Committee. (Related to, plan of conducting events like Road shows, Exhibitions & Event Managements).
e.) Membership Mobilization Committee. (Related to mobilize the maximum memberships of K.T.F )

All of you are requested to review the above matters very seriously and commend me with the innovation or deletion to be done for the finalization on above resolutions.
